FEE POLICY

Deposit / Lease
Rental Fee
For each booking made through the YOCARZ Platform, the Guest shall have
to pay Lease Rental in advance which shall include–Lease Rental calculated
basis the start and the end time of the trip. The Lease Rental fee per hour is
dynamically driven and it changes based on the demand, lead time to
booking start, location of the booking, vehicle chosen and the duration of
the booking.

For bookings made in Jaipur, only the first time Guest with a new registration on
our Platform is required to additionally pay a Security Deposit of INR 3000 This
Security Deposit is refundable post completion of the trip provided the vehicle has
not been through any damage during the trip and there are no other penalties
imposed on the Guest for any scenarios provided under this Fee Policy. This
Security Deposit is not applicable to any repeat/old Guest who is already
registered or have completed trips with Yocarz.
Refunds,
Charges ;and
Payments
All refunds shall be initiated to the original payment account/ mode. All refund
initiation shall be processed immediately after the cancellation request is received.
However, all such refunds may take 5-15 days to reflect in Guest’s accounts.
Payments owed by Guests under this Fee Policy or other applicable policies will
be deducted from the security deposit, if any deposited with YOCARZ. If the
security deposit does not cover such payments, the balance must be paid by the
Guest electronically within 24 hours of the booking end time, as per Yocarz’s
payment instructions.
Guests may be charged a processing fee for a declined credit or debit card
payment.
In the event the Guest defaults on any payments, Yocarz is entitled to charge
reminder fees and default interest in accordance with the provisions of the law. In
addition, Yocarz may designate third parties to collect amounts owed to Yocarz
by a Guest.
Yocarz, reserves the right to prohibit a Guest from making a subsequent booking
on the Platform until all outstanding fees in the Guest’s account have been paid in
full. In the event a fee is incurred, the Guest should check the booking history in
the App to understand the bifurcation of charges.
The Guest should not make any direct payments to the Host or to any Yocarz,
executive in any mode except for any settlements related to fuel or fastag.

Here is a comprehensive list of fees and penalties for certain scenarios after you have
created your booking / reservation:

Cancellation by GuestCancellation made between 0-6 hours beforebooking start time – 100% oftheLease rental paid
in advance shall be deducted.

Cancellation made between 6-24 hours before
booking start time
– Flat cancellation fee of 50% of the Lease Rental along with the Trip Protection Fee
and paid in advance. Refund of the remaining
portion of after deduction of Platform Fee.

Cancellation made after booking start time – No
refund of Lease Rental paid in advance.
Notwithstanding anything contrary stated herein,
Yocarz reserves the right to withhold any refunds due
to cancellations, if Yocarz, at its sole discretion,
perceives any credit card frauds by a user or where
cancellations are made by a user with an intention to
defraud Yocarz.

Home Delivery and Airport Delivery Charges for
Cancelled booking:

a. Cancellation by Guest 0-6 hours before booking
start time or made after booking start time: 50% of
the Delivery Fee shall be deducted and passed on to
the Host. The remaining shall be refunded to the
Guest.
b. Cancellation made between at least 6 or more
hours before booking start time: 100% of the Delivery
Fee shall be refunded to the Guest.
c. In the event of cancellation by the Host, the Guest
will be entitled to refund of 100 percent of the Lease
Rental and the home delivery related charges.
Reschedule before booking start timeNo modification is allowed to the schedule booking
between 0 – 2 hours before booking start time.
ExtensionIn case Guest wishes to extend the booking period,
he/she may do so at any time before or after the
booking ends. Extension of booking shall be
applicable at normal tariff.
For Home Delivery Bookings: Extension within 2
hours of bookings end time will lead to cancellation of
Doorstep Collection. No refunds for Home Delivery
Fee applicable.
Where a booking is extended at any time and the
Host has disabled Home Delivery/Collection of the
vehicle during such extended end time, the Guest will
have to ensure the drop of the vehicle to the
designated location. For such instances, the Guest
will be entitled to 50 percent refund of the Delivery
Fee.
Shortening post startNot allowed. However, Guests can drop the vehicle
before booking end time. No charges or refunds
applicable.
Shortening/Rescheduling within 24hrs
of booking start or booking end.
Guest will not be able to change booking start time or
shorten the booking end time within 2 hours prior to the booking start time. No refunds will be applicable.
Nevertheless, Guest can anytime extend the
booking; extension terms provided above shall be
applicable.
Late Return Late return would be charged upto 1.5-2x of the
hourly Lease Rental fee per hour as communicated
at the time of booking.
Minimum DurationThe minimum booking duration (also referred to as
the “minimum billing duration”) for which a booking
can be made by the Guest will be at least for 8 hours.
DiscountsDiscounts as and when announced shall be
applicable only on trips with a duration equal or
greater than 8 hours. Discount applicable only on the
Lease Rental (excluding refundable deposit, if any)
paid in advance to book the vehicle. Discount will not
be applicable on blackout days. Yocarz reserves the
right to cancel a booking if any unwarranted use of a
discount coupon is identified.
Fuel PolicyIn all such events where the Vehicle is dropped at the
designated location with: (i) lesser fuel compared to
the fuel gauge reading at the booking start time, then
Guest shall pay the Host refueling charges on actuals
per liter price; (ii) higher fuel compared to the fuel
gauge reading at the booking start time, then Guest
may ask for a refund from the Host on actuals per
liter price.
Refueling charges/Refund = Actual cost of fuel per
liter x difference in fuel level (in liters).
Note: Each and every fuel related dispute needs to
be resolved between the Host and the Guest
independently. Yocarz shall not be involved in
resolving any fuel related disputes. Yocarz’s only
shall be limited to providing an alternate Vehicle to
the Guest for events where the Guest receives a
Vehicle with no fuel.
Breakdown of vehicleThe cause of breakdown will be determined based on
the diagnosis report of the repair workshop.
As per the terms of the Lease Agreement, the Guest
shall be solely liable and will be charged in full for
any breakdown arising out of his/her negligence,
breach of Lease Agreement and any Prohibited
Uses.
Except for above mentioned instances, any other
breakdowns will be covered by the Damage
Protection Plan and the Guests liability shall be
determined as per the coverage provided by Damage
Protection Plan and the limitation of liability/
maximum liability mentioned therein.
Yocarz shall not be liable for any costs borne by the
Guest as a consequence of the breakdown of the
vehicle.
Returning the vehicle to the wrong
location
For all the events where the vehicle is not returned to
the designated drop location, Guest shall be liable to
pay a flat fee of INR 10000 towards the towing
expenses.
No ShowBookings would stand cancelled if after 4 hours of
booking start time the Guest still doesn’t show up.
No refunds would be applicable.
Over speeding >= 125 km/hrINR 2500 (over and above any government fines that
may have been levied).
Expulsion from Yocarz if over speeding occurs in two
bookings.
Over speeding >= 150 km/hrExpulsion from Yocarz.
SmokingA flat fee charge of INR 500 plus applicable damage
costs related to interiors.
Wrong FuellingThe Guest will be liable for the full cost of repair/
damage to the vehicle + miscellaneous expenses
arising out of the damages.

Vehicle Damage (Accidental)Any unintentional/accidental damage will be liable to
pay for the damages as mentioned in the term for
“Collision and Other Incidents”, up to the limitation of
liability/ maximum extent of liability as stated/covered
by the Damage Protection Plan opted by the Guest.

The Damage Protection Plan is however not
applicable to vehicles booked in Jaipur. For any
damages occurring to vehicles booked in Jaipur, a
direct settlement with the Host of the Vehicle has to be
undertaken by the Guest failing which the Host shall
be at liberty to initiate the relevant proceedings
against such Guest for recovery of damages.
Vehicle Damage (Intentional or
Consequential)
In case of any intentional damage or damage caused
to the vehicle as consequence of the Guest, such as
(i) the Guest is found to be under the influence of
alcohol during the booking period ; (ii) the vehicle
workshop and/or insurance company deem the
damage to be attributable to the Guest and/or the
user; or (iii) a non- Yocarz Guest is found to be the
one driving at the time of accident, Guest will be liable
for the full cost of repairing damage caused to the vehicle and any other damages to Yocarz, including,
without limitation loss of expected revenue arising out
of the damage to the vehicle.

The Damage Protection Plan is however not
applicable to vehicles booked in Jaipur. For any
damages occurring to vehicles booked in Jaipur, a
direct settlement with the Host of the Vehicle has to be
undertaken by the Guest failing which the Host shall
be at liberty to initiate the relevant proceedings
against such Guest for recovery of damages.
Collision or other incidentsIf a Guest is involved in an unintentional/non-
consequential incident/accident (including but not
limited to a collision or misuse of the vehicle), the
Guest will be responsible for only the maximum
liability amounts as the Guest may have agreed for,
upon selection of the Damage Protection Package at
the time of booking the Vehicle. This Damage
Protection Plan will be based upon your Lease Rental
and duration of usage, distance covered, vehicle type
etc. The Guest may choose from a Standard package
(low premium and higher the amount of damage
payable) or Peace of Mind Package (high premium
and lesser the amount of damage payable).

Guest will be responsible for all towing, impounding
and damage repair charges associated with a collision
or an incident caused by Prohibited or Negligent use
of a car in violation of Lease Agreement or Yocarz,
Policies and Applicable Traffic Laws as prescribed by
the appropriate traffic authority.

The Damage Protection Plan is however not
applicable to vehicles booked in Jaipur. For any
damages occurring to vehicles booked in Jaipur, a
direct settlement with the Host of the Vehicle has to
be undertaken by the Guest failing which the Host
shall be at liberty to initiate the relevant proceedings
against such Guest for recovery of damages.
Cleaning required (interiors)If the Guest returns the car in dirty condition, he/she
will be charged the cleaning fee as following: (i) for
dirty removable (foot mats etc.) – 500 INR; and (ii) for
interior washing / dry cleaning (for seat covers, door
panels, pet hair) – 1500 INR.
Fastags/TollsGuest shall, at all times be responsible to recharge
and bear any/all toll amounts incurred during the
booking period. If Guest has opted for a vehicle with
an active fastag all such fastag details should be
availed by the Guest from the Host through in-app
chat option. Please note that any settlements related
to the debits and credits from the fastag will
exclusively be managed between Guest and the Host and Yocarz shall not be liable to refund in any cases.
Home / Airport Vehicle Pick-up and Drop;
Delivery Fee
Home delivery/collection or airport delivery will be
available upon payment of Delivery Fee subject to
availability by the Host and ongoing offers.
Where the Host refuses both doorstep delivery and
collection the Delivery Fee as collected by Yocarz at
the time of booking, will be fully refundable to the
Guest.

Where the Host refuses either doorstep delivery or
collection, the Guest will be entitled to 50 percent
refund of the Delivery Fee.

The vehicle will be delivered to the specified location
selected during booking creation, 0-5 minutes prior to
the booking start time and vehicle will be picked up
within 30 minutes from the booking end time. The
Guest may end the trip before completion of the
booking end time but there will be no refunds for the
Delivery Fee for such early completion.
Convenience Fee/ Platform FeeA nominal fee is charged from the Guests for usage
of the Yocarz Platform. This Fee Guest in addition to
the Damage Protection Fee payable at the time of
booking a vehicle.
 a. The Convenience Fee is not subject to refund in
case of cancellation of a trip.

Additionally, the following conditions are also applicable to a Guest:
 All rates mentioned above are Exclusive of GST wherever applicable.
 Handover pursuant to the original booking, extensions and modifications are subject to
availability of the vehicle.
 If a Guest is violating the law or any applicable Yocarz policies, for example by over-
speeding or driving drunk, the Guest will be responsible for all damage, liability, and
fines and could face legal action.
 KYC – Guest’s profile on this Platform should be verified before the start of the booking.
(Driving License & National Id/Passport along with a live Selfie)
 Yocarz will not be responsible for any property left in the vehicle after the booking is
ended.
